APPLICATION INFORMATION FOR ANNUAL COPY LICENCE

 

I/We, the undersigned, apply for a licence from WORD OF LIFE INTERNATIONAL which, subject to the terms and conditions set out herein, authorises the multiple copying of protected copyright material. This license authorises the use of licence print copyright material in religious services, used during public religious worship meetings and special one time use such as weddings and funerals etc.

PURPOSE OF THE LICENCES

These licences enable the manufacture of copies of the Agency's members owned or controlled copyright limited by certain restrictions as detailed in the terms and conditions attached. All prices below contain a 10% Australian Goods and Services Tax(GST), customers applying from other countries divide the price by 1.1 for a GST price.
